Christiana Bentley

Christiana has supported FOAG since 1990, mostly with fundraising and child sponsorship. However on finally visiting Uganda in 2019 after retiring from the NHS and  meeting FOAG’s partners and seeing the impact of FOAG's work, she decided to get more involved. The Grow More Project, introducing and supporting the development of Conservation Agriculture in Children's Centres/schools marries with her two interests well – both a desire to see the Children's Centres flourish and develop sustainable farming practices. Christiana is the Trustee Co-ordinator for this project and for the St Francis Rehabilitation Centre, Pamba.
