We have a dedicated team of Trustees that run and support us. We operate with very low overheads and rely on volunteers. We have a single UK Administator (equvialent to 1 day a week) and part time project Supervisors based in Uganda. Some of the Trustees visit our Ugandan projects at their own expense. Usually this is annually, and we keep in touch with our projects by email, WhatsApp and Zoom.
